🎥 2026 UI/UX- Updating Your Activities

Hello! We are thrilled to share our Back to School 2026 UI/UX update for SmartChat. This video walks through the process of updating elements in your activity to get the most out of this update. There are three different areas to update: the voices of your characters, background images such as the welcome background and activity background, and the report card format for end-of-activity feedback. 

 

Prompts to copy and paste into the PA:

To assign new voices to the characters:

  1. Go to step 4 of the Generate Playbook
  2. Clear the existing prompt by selecting and deleting the text
  3. Paste the following prompt: “Assign new voices to the characters, keeping their name, Description, plot, purpose and personality intact.”

To create a background image:

  1. Go to step 4 of the Generate Playbook
  2. Clear the existing prompt by selecting and deleting the text
  3. Paste the following prompt: “Add a background image node at node ID equals 0.5. Do not alter anything else.”

To create a welcome image:

  1. Go to step 8 of the Generate Playbook
  2. Clear the existing prompt by selecting and deleting the text
  3. Paste the following prompt: “Create a welcome background image only. Do not alter anything else.”
