Tech Support
Q. How do I know if my computers will run the game?
| Operating System | Windows XP or 2000 |
| Processor | Pentium III or Athlon 1.0GHz Processor |
| RAM | 512 MB RAM |
| Hard Drive Space | 1.2 GB |
| Video Card | 32 MB Video Card (GeForce4, ATI 6000 or higher) |
| DirectX | 9.0c |
Q. Is MAKING HISTORY® easy to install?
A. Yes, if your computer meets the minimum technical requirements. If you have a CD, load it and follow the on-screen prompts. If you've downloaded the game, follow the download instructions.
Q. How many computers do I need to play the game?
A. You need one computer per playable country. You also need a computer to "host" the game (aka a game server). One computer can be used as the host and a playable country, but, for faster game processing, a host-only computer is preferable. Also, we recommend that you assign your best computer to be the host.
Q. Does MAKING HISTORY require any specific networking configurations?
A. No. MAKING HISTORY is IP based, so it can be played over virtually any network.
