We are experienced software engineers and dedicated gamers. And we are setting the video game industry free.

Simply put, games take too long and cost too much money to reach the market.

Blockbusters cost tens of millions to make. Each new game remaking the proverbial wheel from a technical standpoint.

Conversely, underfunded "indie" games sit in obscurity. And along with them thousands of new ideas never reaching more than a handful of people.

All that's about to change because of a serendipitous collision of technology and timing.

Technology: A unique, highly sophisticated game service that integrates creation, playing, and sharing.

Timing: Web 2.0 and the social media transformation. The expectation of users that they will have a say . . . from beginning to end . . . in the product experience.

We've been developing our technology and game service working closely with partners such as Pearson Education, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and acclaimed author and economist Niall Ferguson.

And soon the service will be available to everyone who has an idea for a game, or who wants to see what people can create once they're given their freedom.
